This collection has one folder containing the one-euro coins from each of the 12 original participating European Union member nations - Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain - in uncirculated quality, along with the 2002 uncirculated quarters from the United States Mint 50 State Quarters® Program - Tennessee, Ohio, Louisiana, Indiana, and Mississippi - with (D) Denver mint mark. Each coin is in an individual, rotatable capsule allowing you to align the coins to your satisfaction.
The second folder in this set is overflowing with interesting historical information and coin design facts. You will learn the significance of key symbols on both the euros and the quarters, and the histories of how both coins came into existence. Both folders are contained in the third piece, a handsome slipcase, perfect to display or store your collection.
Production is limited to 100,000 sets. This will be a collection to keep for the future.
