Shipping, Returns, Terms of Sale

DOMESTIC US ORDERS:  Shipping is a flat $3.00 to any address in the United States (by first class mail) for most items or $12.50 for International buyers (please allow 10-15 days for shipment).  We don't believe anyone should be overcharged for shipping.  It is only $.75-$1.50 shipping per additional item depending on what it is that is ordered at the same time.

We usually ship via United States Postal Service, but this may vary with the type of purchase and the products ordered.  If you wish to have your products by priority mail, please add $2.00 to shipping.  You will be given the option to add this to your order once you checkout.

NEW FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Packages that are sent internationally are sent insured with the carriage value you request to help with duty fees, if desired.  Because of this, we cannot be responsible for loss above carriage value you requested.  If a carriage value is not requested, full carriage value will be declared and insured.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  Returns are accepted within 15 days from receipt of your purchase in original packaging only.  Exchanges for defective or damaged items are accepted on a case by case basis.  Refund will be made for amount of purchase minus fees associated with shipping.  A 5% restock fee will apply for items not damaged but simply returned for another reason (i.e. not as expected, ordered too many, etc).

If we shipped you an incorrect item, please return it with a note to our address and we will send your correct item and reimburse your shipping costs and include a free gift.  Our mailing address is C C & C, 2701 S. Merrimac Pl., Boise, ID  83709.  Due to security issues with shipping, never put Coins on the mailing address.

Due to market volatility, all prices are subject to change.  In the event there is a price change on your order, you will be notified and given the option of accepting the price change, dropping the item from your order, or canceling your order.  Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, we are not responsible for typographical errors.  We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or reject any order.
